exists to help my track my exercise and stay in good shape.
In the summer of 2009, I decided to get serious about running again after many years off. Since then, my primary goals have been to run at least 15 miles per week and exercise at least 210
minutes per week. This simple plan has worked better than I would have ever imagined. As you can see below, I'm even closing in on my 5K PRs from way back in high school!
Current Race Goals
- Run a 5K in 23:15 (7:30 pace) - 10/10/09 Autism 5K 23:12
- Run a 5K in 22:30 (7:15 pace) - 12/5/09 Jingle Bell 5K 22:29
- Break 7:00 pace with a 21:38 5K - 2/7/10 Run for the Roses 5K 21:32
- Break my junior year high school cross country PR of 21:16 (6:52 pace)
- Break my senior year high school cross country PR of 19:38 (6:20 pace)
- Break my summer 1997 5K PR of 19:19 (6:14 pace)

- This week I've run 9.6 miles. Last week, I ran 9.8 miles.
- This week I've exercised for 178 minutes. Last week, I exercised for 133 minutes.

- This year, I've run 374 miles. Last year, I ran 552 miles.
- This year, I've biked 670 miles. Last year, I biked 834 miles.
- This year, I've exercised 102 hours. Last year, I exercised 155 hours.
