Josh's Exercise
As it can also be seen on my What I'm Reading page, I believe you have to measure something to improve it. This page
exists to help track my exercise as I get back into good running shape.
Running Cross Country played a major part in my life during high school and I continued running and racing recreationally when I went to college. I always
tracked my mileage, pace, and weight meticulously and it helped keep me focused on what I needed to work on.
Unfortunately, overtraining got the best of me during college. I ended up with knee pain that kept me away from the sport for a few years.
I'm just now seriously getting back into running and re-discovering how much I enjoy it.
Currently I'm shooting for around 7:30 mile pace in some 5K road races.
