WWII Native American comedy

This isn't some politically incorrect joke; it's a true story I just heard in the excellent, non-fiction WWII audio book I'm listening to called Citizen Soliders. It went something like this:

An American nurse in a field hospital set up in France picked up a new patient's chart and couldn't believe what she saw written. Shocked, she asked, "Two arrows? How did you possibly manage to get shot by two arrows?" The full-blooded Native American soldier replied indignantly, "That's my name, not my injury!"

Hahaha, that sure cracked me up on the way to work this morning.
